A good story uses connectors to link events. SEQUENCE: zuerst (first), dann (then), danach (after that), schließlich (finally). CONSEQUENCE: deshalb / deswegen (therefore). When a sentence starts with one of these adverbs, the verb still comes SECOND, so the subject moves after it: « Dann habe ich Freunde gefunden », « Deshalb bin ich glücklich. » Blend your tenses: the perfect for what happened (« Ich bin gekommen », « Ich habe gelernt »), the present for now (« Heute arbeite ich … »), and werden or present for the future (« Ich werde umziehen »). This is the core skill that completes A2.
Write a short personal story (4-5 sentences) that moves from the past to the present to the future, using zuerst, dann and deshalb.
