'seitdem' is a subordinating conjunction meaning 'since (the time when)' — the verb goes to the end of its clause: 'Seitdem ich Sport mache, schlafe ich besser.' Don't confuse it with the preposition 'seit' + a noun ('seit einem Jahr'). To express a trend, use 'immer' + comparative: 'immer mehr Menschen', 'immer weniger Zeit', 'es wird immer wärmer.' Reflexive verbs like 'sich ernähren' and 'sich fühlen' need the reflexive pronoun: 'Ich fühle mich gut.'
Write 4-5 sentences about a healthy change you made and how you've felt since. Use 'seitdem' and a trend with 'immer'.
