Both weil and da introduce a reason and send the verb to the end. weil is neutral and answers a 'why' question with new information: « Ich bleibe zu Hause, weil ich krank bin. » da presents the reason as already known or self-evident and often opens the sentence in a more formal register: « Da der Druck steigt, brauchen wir Pausen. » In careful written B2 German, da at the start of a sentence sounds more elegant than weil.
Write 4–5 sentences about a source of stress in modern life and its consequences. Use both weil and a sentence-initial da clause.
