Form it from the future stem + endings -ei, -esti, -ebbe, -emmo, -este, -ebbero: parlare → parlerei, prendere → prenderei. Key irregulars: volere → vorrei, potere → potrei/potrebbe, essere → sarei, avere → avrei. Use it to be polite (« Vorrei un caffè » is softer than « Voglio »), to soften requests (« Potrebbe aiutarmi? ») and to express wishes (« Mi piacerebbe viaggiare di più »).
