The condizionale softens requests and makes register formal: « vorrei » (I'd like) vs « voglio », « gradirei », « potrebbe », « sarebbe possibile ». Nominalisation turns verbs into nouns for a denser, more formal style: « consegnare » → « la consegna », « prendere in carico » → « la presa in carico », « scadere » → « la scadenza ». Compare « quando consegnerete? » with « la data di consegna ».
Write a polite negotiation message (4–5 sentences) proposing a counter-offer, using the conditional twice and one nominalisation.
