Co będziesz robić jutro? 🔊What will you be doing tomorrow?

A w przyszłym tygodniu? 🔊And next week?

Grammar in focus · the future tense

The most common future uses 'być' (będę, będziesz, będzie…) + an imperfective infinitive: « Będę pracować jutro. » (I will work tomorrow). For a single completed action you can use the perfective future directly: 'pójdę' (I'll go), 'zrobię' (I'll do), 'kupię' (I'll buy). Add time markers: 'jutro', 'w przyszłym tygodniu'.

Write it yourself

Write two plans for next week using będę + infinitive.

Tip for this task
Dobrze! 'będę' + infinitive makes the future. Example: « W sobotę będę odpoczywać, a w niedzielę spotkam przyjaciół. »
