Relative clauses add detail and agree with their noun in gender, number and case. « który » (masc.), « która » (fem.), « które » (neuter/plural non-masc.): « hotel, który stoi… », « starówka, która jest piękna », « miejsce, które warto zobaczyć ». The case follows the verb in the relative clause: « miasto, w którym mieszkam » (the city in which I live). For plans use the future (« pojedziemy, zwiedzimy »); to recount the past use perfective verbs (« pojechaliśmy, zwiedziliśmy »). « żeby » + infinitive expresses purpose: « Jedziemy do Gdańska, żeby zobaczyć morze. »
