« Odkąd » means 'since (the moment when)' and introduces a clause: « Odkąd zacząłem ćwiczyć, mam więcej energii. » It points to a starting point and an ongoing result. To express gradual change, use « coraz » + comparative: « coraz bardziej » (more and more), « coraz mniej » (less and less), « coraz lepiej » (better and better), « coraz częściej » (more and more often). Example: « Czuję się coraz lepiej. » Combine them naturally: « Odkąd biegam, jestem coraz silniejszy. » Keep aspect in mind: « zacząłem » (perf.) marks the start; the result clause is usually imperfective/present.
Write 4–5 sentences about a healthy habit you started and how things have changed since then.
