Polish reported speech does NOT shift tenses the way English does — it keeps the original tense, but introduces it with że (that) / żeby (a command) / czy (yes-no question). Statement: « Mam dowody » → « Twierdził, że MA dowody. » (kept present!). Command: « Sprawdź to » → « Powiedziałem mu, żeby to sprawdził. » Yes-no question: « Czy sprawdziliście? » → « Zapytała, czy sprawdziliśmy. » Pronouns and time-words still adjust to the new speaker (ja→on, dziś→tamtego dnia). This contrasts with English back-shift — don't change MA to MIAŁ.
Write 4–5 sentences reporting what three sources claimed about an event, using że, żeby and czy at least once each.
