📋 About the exam
JEE Main is the first hurdle for nearly a million engineering aspirants every year, and the score decides both admission to the NITs, IIITs and centrally funded institutes and your eligibility for JEE Advanced. The paper is sharp and time-pressured: 75 questions in 180 minutes means roughly 2.4 minutes per question, so accuracy and smart question-selection matter as much as knowledge. Each subject carries equal weight — 100 marks — so you cannot afford to neglect any one of Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics. With −1 negative marking on every wrong answer, reckless guessing hurts; this mock reproduces that pressure exactly so you learn to judge when to attempt and when to leave a question. Every question here is original and built to the current NTA syllabus and difficulty, and each comes with a full worked solution so the test doubles as a study session.
🧭 Exam pattern

| Chemistry | 25 | 100 | 20 MCQ + 5 numerical (all compulsory) |
| Mathematics | 25 | 100 | 20 MCQ + 5 numerical (all compulsory) |
| Total | 75 | 300 | 180 minutes |
⚡ Quick facts
🎯 Smart strategy
- Start with the subject you are strongest at to bank marks and build confidence.
- Numerical questions carry the same +4 — don't skip them, but flag long ones for a second pass.
- With −1 negative marking, only guess when you can eliminate at least two options.
- Watch the clock: aim for ~40 minutes per subject, leaving 60 minutes of buffer for review.
