Answer: Only $(x,y,z,w)=(1,0,0,0)$.
$z=1-x-2y\ge0$ and $w=2x-3y-2\ge0$ force $1+\frac32y\le x\le1-2y$, so $y\le0\Rightarrow y=0$ and $x=1$, giving $z=w=0$.
