For what values of $m$ does $3x+my=m,\ 2x-5y=20$ have a solution with $x>0,y>0$?

Answer: $m>30$ or $m<-\dfrac{15}2$.

$x=\frac{25m}{15+2m},\ y=\frac{2m-60}{15+2m}$; both positive when $15+2m>0$ and $m>30$, or when $15+2m<0$ (then both numerators are negative too) i.e. $m<-\frac{15}2$.
