How do I make an effective study timetable for all 5 subjects?

DMDivya Mehta · 10 Asked 13d ago 146 views 1 answer

I have Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English and Biology for class 11. I find myself spending all my time on Maths and then not having energy for other subjects. How do I distribute time fairly?

Allocate time proportionally to difficulty and exam weight, not equally. Suggested daily split for 6 study hours: Maths 1.5h (needs practice), Physics 1.5h (concepts + numericals), Chemistry 1h (Organic 0.5h + Physical 0.5h on alternate days), Biology 1h (reading + diagrams), English 0.5h (one newspaper article + one grammar topic). Key: study your weakest subject when your mind is freshest (morning for most people). Rotate subjects within a session — do not do 3 hours of Maths then 3 hours of Physics. Take subject-specific notes and review them on weekends. Batch similar activities: solve all numericals before switching to theory.
