I feel overwhelmed by exams and cannot focus. What should I do?
I am in class 11 and the pressure of JEE preparation plus school exams is making me feel very anxious. Some days I cannot study at all. I do not want to disappoint my parents. How do other students deal with this?

What you are feeling is very normal and experienced by millions of students. Practical steps that help: 1) Break the goal — instead of "clear JEE," focus on "understand today's chapter." 2) Physical exercise for 30 minutes daily dramatically reduces anxiety (proven by research). 3) Talk to someone — a friend, teacher, or counsellor. Not sharing the burden makes it heavier. 4) Accept imperfection — it is okay to have bad study days. 5) Sleep 7-8 hours — studying while sleep-deprived is ineffective. 6) Have one hobby or fun activity weekly. Burnout harms performance. 7) Remember: your worth is NOT defined by exam results. Many successful people did not crack JEE. Keep perspective.
