Correct answer: (c) $\frac{3\pi}4$

$\bar z=-i\bar w\Rightarrow z=iw\Rightarrow\arg z=\arg w+\frac\pi2$. With $\arg z+\arg w=\pi$: $2\arg w+\frac\pi2=\pi\Rightarrow\arg w=\frac\pi4$, so $\arg z=\frac{3\pi}4$.
