$$C_{series} = \frac{C_1 C_2}{C_1+C_2} = \frac{24}{10} = 2.4\ \mu F$$
$$Q = C_{series} \times V = 2.4 \times 100 = 240\ \mu C$$
$$V_1 = \frac{Q}{C_1} = \frac{240}{4} = 60 V, \quad V_2 = \frac{240}{6} = 40 V$$

Thanks a ton, I was stuck on this exact problem for an hour.

This is exactly the kind of step-by-step I needed. Respect.
