Answer: $Z_2=-2$ (and $Z_3=1-i\sqrt3$).
$Z_1=2e^{i\pi/3}$; the other vertices are $Z_1e^{\pm i2\pi/3}=2e^{i\pi}=-2$ and $2e^{-i\pi/3}=1-i\sqrt3$.
