Matrices — Class 12 Maths Solution

A matrix which is not a square matrix is called a rectangular matrix.

For example a rectangular matrix is $A = {\left[ {{{\rm{a}}_{{\rm{ij}}}}} \right]_{{\rm{m \times n}}}}$,

where $m \ne n$.
